Wanted to upload concept art used for my recent animation. None of them felt like art portal material, so they'll sit here and chill. Some aspects, such as the piñata's tufts(?), had to be removed for my sanity's sake. The ghost character's heart and antennas correlate to their emotions, but this was never shown. The mouse also has a cool zigzag tail B)

I learned a lot in creating these backgrounds:

The mouse character is the smallest of the bunch, yet they're, like, almost five feet tall in some shots. The piñata character, on the other hand, is the largest, but is the same size as the sofa, which is also as tall as the ghost. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
